How do I register for Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard?
All non-US Elance Freelancers can sign up for their own Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard. Sign up is available from the Financial Accounts option under the Manage tab.
Note: Payoneer is not available in India due to restrictions from Indian local banking authorities.

How do I delete my Elance Prepaid MasterCard?
If you remove your existing Payoneer Account, the removal is final—you will not be able to reinstate that account on Elance. Removal of your Payoneer account on Elance will not cancel your Prepaid MasterCard, but will prevent you from receiving additional withdrawals from Elance to that account.
To request your Payoneer Account to be deleted from your Financial Account page, you must contact Customer Support. Within that email, please state your username and the reason for deletion.
What happens if I lose my Elance Prepaid MasterCard?
If you lose your Elance Prepaid MasterCard, you will need to contact Payoneer directly to report the loss and request a replacement card.
